Notes:
I. This course will introduce concepts and knowledge related to the origin, breeding, husbandry, nutritional management, welfare, animal protein, and meat processing of economically important animals. It consists of six sub-courses: "Farm Animal Memories," "Farm Animal Star Search," "Farm Animal Training Camp," "Farm Animal Mind Reading and Friendly Feeding," "Farm Animals in the Microcosm," and "Livestock Products for Good Health."
