Job Title: Interior Design Assistant

Job Type: Full-time

Work Hours: 8:00 - 17:00

Job Responsibilities:

1. Provide professional interior design planning to help clients realize their vision of their future living space.

2. Offer more comprehensive suggestions based on clients' needs and plan the functionality of interior spaces.

3. Assist clients in selecting decoration materials and furnishings.

4. Draw construction drawings as construction guidelines and acceptance standards.

5. Review budgets with clients and select vendors and contractors.

6. Act as a communication bridge between clients and vendors.

7. Resolve on-site engineering problems and monitor construction quality and progress.

8. Assist with on-site construction supervision.

Requirements:

Proficient Tools: SketchUp, AutoCAD, V-Ray

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Interested in using AI-related tools or BIM systems.
