[Job Description]:

1. Sales and operations management at specialty stores (comprehensive training and assessment at each level)

2. Learning different sales methods and operations management across various channels (primarily department store counters)

3. Learning professional knowledge in the fashion industry, brand product knowledge, and market analysis

4. Achieving different functional KPIs at each stage and striving for promotion to the next stage

5. Assisting all MT colleagues in the same counter to grow together and achieve team performance goals.

[Work Hours and Location]:

1. No need to worry about living far from home; location will be assigned based on individual circumstances. 2. Working Hours and Leave: Work hours, shifts, and leave are in accordance with the Labor Standards Act (four-week flexible working hours).
