II. The project leader in Taiwan must meet the eligibility requirements for project leaders and co-leaders as outlined in Point 3 of the NSTC Subsidized Research Project Operation Guidelines.
III. Applicants whose applications are approved by the EU may submit applications for "Joint Call" (a type of bilateral agreement-based international cooperation project) online through the National Science Council website, in accordance with the "Successful Participation in EU Transnational Team Research and Innovation Project" program (Appendix).
IV. The project leader may execute a maximum of two NSTC "Bilateral Agreement International Cooperation Projects" in the same year.
V. The funding for this project is earmarked for specific purposes, with a maximum subsidy of NT$3 million per year. Applications not receiving subsidies will not be accepted.
