1. Kindly have each department confirm the offices, research rooms, laboratories, etc., under their management:
(1) Doors and windows, as well as iron gates, are closed and locked.
(2) The anti-theft and security systems have been properly set up.
(3) If there are surveillance cameras, please double-check that the recording is functioning properly.
(4) Do not leave money or valuables in the office.
2. During the Lunar New Year holiday, all buildings will be temporarily closed. If students need to come to campus for research or assignments, please submit a stay-on-campus application to the Security Office in advance. From Lunar New Year's Eve to the third day of the New Year (February 16–19), unless there is an urgent or important reason, it is recommended to stay at home or travel to enjoy the holiday.
3. Elevator restrictions during the Lunar New Year holiday are as follows:
(1) Control Period: Control will be in effect from 5:00 PM on Thursday, February 12, 2026, until 6:00 PM on Sunday, February 22, 2026, when the control will be lifted.
(2) Areas open during the control period: One accessible elevator is available in each of Buildings S, T, and I (the northwest scenic elevator in Building T is open); the passenger and freight elevator in Building W is open.
4. From Lunar New Year's Eve to the third day of the Lunar New Year (February 16-19), the motorcycle parking lot between Buildings I, S, and P will be closed to ensure campus safety. During this period, please park motorcycles at Building W and the underground parking lot of Dormitory 6.
5. Please uphold the spirit of mutual support and vigilance. If you notice any suspicious persons, activities, or objects, promptly report them to the Campus Security Center (hotline: 06-3010000) or the security guards to help maintain overall campus safety.
