Subject: NSTC is conducting the "2026 Subsidized Study Abroad Program for Doctoral Students in Spain." Applications are open now and will be accepted online until March 12, 2026.

Instructions:
1. This program is jointly organized by NSTC and the Spanish National Research Council (CSIC) to provide Taiwanese doctoral students with the opportunity to study at CSIC-affiliated research institutions for more than two months, with both parties subsidizing part of the study expenses.

2. In 2026, two CSIC research institutions will offer two places for Taiwanese doctoral students who have obtained doctoral candidacy qualifications. Application instructions are attached.
