I. The course content covers the fundamentals of food safety management, certification marks for food safety management systems, food additives, and the contributions of food processing technology to human civilization and well-being. The course is divided into six sub-courses: "Value-Creating Food Processing Technology," "A Brief Introduction to Food Safety Management," "A Comprehensive View of Food Additives," "An Introduction to the Principles of Food Processing Technology," "The Mysteries and Exploration of Food Microorganisms," and "Ubiquitous Food Microorganisms."
