I. The Center for Humanities and Social Sciences Research at the university was established, and an opening ceremony was held. In conjunction with the "Evidence-Based Governance and Vulnerability Forum on Just Transition," important topics such as social vulnerability analysis, disaster resilience, and just transition were discussed, bringing together academics, government, and related institutions for cross-sectoral dialogue.
