I. The EMI Teaching Resource Center of our school (hereinafter referred to as "the Center") was officially established in 2024. In line with the 2030 Bilingual Policy and the promotion of EMI courses, it combines the teaching characteristics of vocational schools and universities to provide teaching resources. This National Bilingual Speaking Competition aims to stimulate students' learning motivation through diverse activity scenarios and guide them to express their personal experiences in a foreign language, making language learning a creative and personally meaningful practical process.
II. Competition Information:
(I) Eligibility: Undergraduate or graduate students enrolled in colleges and universities nationwide, with formal enrollment status, are eligible to participate (including exchange students).
(II) Competition Format: This competition has three categories:
1. Performative Storytelling
2. Stand-up Comedy
3. Shout-out EMI TA (English Teaching Assistant Narrative)
III. Competition Schedule:
(I) Preliminary Round: Upload preliminary round videos. Professional judges will score the videos and select the advancing candidates. 1. Preliminary Round Video Upload: February 24th (Tue), 2026 to April 6th (Mon), 2026, 23:59.

3. Notification of Qualification for the Preliminary Round: April 13th (Mon), 2026.
(Tue) Final Round: Conducted via live presentation.
