1. The competition includes two categories: the College Green Energy Innovation Category and the College Net-Zero Innovation Proposal Category. Participants may choose one category based on their project type. Winning teams will receive prize money and certificates issued by the Ministry of Education.

2. Teams may be formed across universities and departments; however, cross-education-level teams are not allowed.
