To encourage college students who have used illegal addictive substances or are at risk of using them to proactively utilize psychological resources, the Ministry of Education has launched the "Youth Brilliance Project," which includes the following services:
(I) Psychological Counseling: Individual, partner, or family psychological counseling services will be provided based on suitable psychological counseling resources in the student's location, while maintaining confidentiality. Each student will generally receive 6 to 8 free counseling sessions, and the number of sessions may be extended after professional evaluation based on individual needs.
(II) Referral to Mental Health Resources: Referrals will be made to relevant mental health institutions for treatment based on individual needs.
(III) Target Audience: Students in colleges and universities nationwide who have issues related to illegal drug use.
