It encourages young people to engage with social issues, propose practical solutions through “Three Zeros” initiatives, and take action to enhance civic participation and support sustainable social development.
2. Proposal topics should focus on social issues in Taiwan or align with the United Nations’ 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), contributing to the realization of the “Three Zeros” vision.
3. Eligibility: Youth aged 18 to 35 who are currently enrolled in bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral programs.
