1. Guided by the concepts of the “5R of Environmental Protection” and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), this competition encourages youth to engage in environmental sustainability and humanitarian medical issues, and to expand their social impact.
2. Competition themes (entries must meet both required and optional themes):
(1) Required theme: Projects must be developed based on sustainability and environmental protection concepts and align with at least one SDG.
(2) Optional theme: Projects should focus on either charity or healthcare, and must address real-world problems while aligning with at least one SDG. Submissions may include apps, online platforms, or other solutions.
3. Eligibility:
(1) College Division: Students under the age of 40 currently enrolled in colleges and universities nationwide (including five-year junior college programs, years 1–5, and master’s programs; doctoral students are not eligible).
(2) Senior High/Vocational Division: Currently enrolled students in senior high and vocational schools nationwide.
