2.The website while you log in will show your room type of the dorm. If you don’t register, there will be no record and you cannot log in the system.

3.If you change your mind and don’t want to stay in the dorm, please fill the following form in order to re-lease the dorm bed timely.

4.The waiting lists can be found while you inquire into the system.
Students who are on the waiting list may be informed after May 19 or the beginning of September.

a. Once you apply for the dorm, you need to pay the dorm fee for 2025 Fall semester first to keep your reservation.
b. You can pay the dorm fee during 2026/5/11 to 2026/5/18.
c. If you have any difficulty that you cannot pay the fee during the paying period, please log in the following google form and complete the procedure.

d. After you pay the fee, please log in the confirma-tion website and print out the confirmation form.

6. If you are going to rent a house off campus, you can get the
information from the off-campus renting exposition.

7. If you didn't apply the dorm with roommate selection plan and want to stay with your friends, please send an email(with your student ID numbers, names and the room type ) to Ms. Sunny Shih before May 15. Late applications will not be accepted.
