I. To celebrate the university's 40th anniversary, this conference is being held in collaboration with the International Conference on Digital Education (iDEC) alliance (Universiti Sains Malaysia, Open University Indonesia, Open University of the Philippines, and our university). This conference brings together scholars and experts from around the world to explore the development, trends, and challenges of digital learning in the era of artificial intelligence.

II. Conference information is as follows:

(a) Date: November 3, 2026 (Tuesday).

(b) Location: National Open University Main Campus (No. 172, Zhongzheng Rd., Luzhou Dist., New Taipei City), a hybrid in-person and online format.

(c) Theme: The Impact and Future Trends of the Rise of AI on Higher Education and Digital Learning.

III. Important Dates for Submission of Papers:

(a) Deadline for Abstract Submission: July 5, 2026 (Sunday).

(b) Notification of Review Results: Before August 16, 2026 (Sunday).

IV. Submission Method:

(I) Please submit abstracts in both Chinese and English, no more than 800 words. Manuscripts will be subject to double-blind peer review.

V. The conference website is expected to open and accept registrations in mid-June.
