Do you think smoking is the only way to relieve stress?
This time, we specially invited professional fitness instructors to lead an interactive group workout session, combining aerobic movement and fascial ball relaxation exercises to help you sweat, relieve stress, and relax both body and mind 💪✨

At the same time, our school nurse will introduce:
