Kao-huei Cheng, President of Tainan Spinning Corporation, takes the reign as Board Chairman of STUST

Dr. Tai Chein was cordially invited by the Board of Directors to continue to serve as the President of STUST.

The term of office of STUST Board of directors ended recently. To comply with the regulation by Ministry of Education, the reelection was held to form the 14th term of Board of directors. Ching-yuen Kao, the Board chairman of STUST, altruistically devotes to the leadership of STUST for 15 years. Mr. Yan Siou Fong, who serves as the director of STUST for nearly 25 years, always insists his concept of running a school. Both of them step down when this term of office ends, but other directors continue to stay in the service after this reelection. Chih-Hsien LO, President of Uni-President Enterprises Corp, and Bo Yi Hou, President of Universal Cement Corporation, were appointed as the new directors of 14th term of Board of directors. Board of directors voted for Kao-huei Cheng, President of Tainan Spinning Corporation, to be the 14th term of Board chairman, and invited Dr. Chein Tai to continue to serve as the President of STUST.
