Southern Taiwan University of Science and Technology had a great performance in the National Cheerleading Championship.

In the 2013 National Cheerleading Championship, all the teams tried their best and showed marvelous performances. Like last year, more than 250 teams from approximately 70 schools participated in the competition. STUST cheerleaders had a brilliant show and won the second prize in the category of versatility.

The team gave special thanks to the full support of STUST, their coach Mong-Suan Chou, and assistant coaches from juniors and seniors who helped them all the way in their regular practice. Despite the difficulty and cold weather they went through, the team showed the particular enthusiasm from southern Taiwan; their performance showed great skills and stability that impressed the judges a lot, especially their highly difficult action in the opening.
