Southern Taiwan University of Science and Technology is committed to promoting internationalization and recruiting foreign students. The College of Business Administration passed the International Business Administration Education Accreditation (AACSB) in 2017. It is the first private university of science and technology in the country to have received this international certification. In the Harvard Business Review in 2018, the trend of Taiwan's business education is tremendous. In the survey, STUST is listed as a university that cooperates with most countries to study overseas credits. The College of Business Administration has 9 departments, 3 degree programs, 12 master classes, and 1 doctoral program. It has more than 8,000 students and is one of the largest business schools in Taiwan. At a time when schools at all levels are severely affected by the declining birthrate, the college is still so very large, with its performance generally recognized by the society and its strong competitiveness in the market. The PhD, GMBA, International Business Programs, and International Finance Programs at the college are taught in English, in order to promote internationalization at a greater speed than most universities in the country. The real intention of STUST to actively promote internationalization on its campus is to cultivate students with an international outlook, familiarity with multicultural situations, and good English communication skills.
