"Children's Creative Teaching Talent Training and Employment Program" was listed as an excellent course of Humanities, Social and Cultural Creativity by the Labor Development Department of the Ministry of Labor.

The "Children's Creative Teaching Talent Training and Employment Program" of the South Taiwan University of Science and Technology Department has achieved outstanding performance. It has been implementing the "Employment Program" of the Labor Development Department, the Ministry of Labor, for eight consecutive years. This year, the judges unanimously affirmed the outstanding performance of the project. It stood out among the many participating schools and won the honor of “National Excellent Program” for the second time. It affirmed the program-oriented curriculum that has coached students to successfully integrate the performance of the workplace.

Workforce Development Agency of the Ministry of Labor launched its “Achievement Competition for College and Universities Employment Implementation Project” is a reward for school units and teachers who participated in the employment program, which assisted the participants in their efforts to integrate with the workplace. Establishing a model of learning and strengthening the overall training quality, the competition subsidized colleges and universities to apply for employment programs, in which only 20 plans were selected from the 262 plans of 74 colleges as national excellent programs.

South Taiwan University of Science and Technology won the "National Excellent Program" for "Children's Creative Teaching Talents Training and Employment Program.” Prof. Jia-Bin Gao, Prof. Shin-Yi Wei, and Prof. Mei-Fang Zhuo worked together drafting the teaching plan, which provided students with rich learning resources. The program is based on the development of games, picture books, and music. It combines well-known children's industry organizations across the country, including Knightstown International Business Co., Ltd., He Jiaren International Kindergarten, Charlotte International Baby Care, 3C3Q Creative Enterprise, Happy Bird Theatre, Global Parent-Children Co., Ltd., and Penguin Entertainment Art Enterprise Co., Ltd. There were professionals and lecturers to form a good connection between study and employment. Not only did participants learn the professional knowledge and ethics that the industry needs, they but also received advice and communication from industry teachers. Students became familiar with the culture and the needs of the company. The students who participated in the "Children's Creative Teaching Talent Training and Employment Program" have been successfully employed, and the salary income is much higher than the average salary of the same grade students. It shows that the talents trained in this employment program have obtained the preschool education. The considerable recognition and support of industrial institutions have indirectly improved the confidence of the students in their employment.
