The 2021 Enterprises' Favorite College Students Survey recently organized by Cheers magazine is a questionnaire survey conducted on the human resources executives of large companies in Global Magazine in 2020. The survey period was from November 9, 2020 to November 30, 2020. A total of 2,299 questionnaires were sent and 968 valid questionnaires were recovered, exclusive of those who refused and did not contact, The survey shows that future talents favored by companies must come with three key DNAs: "higher willingness to learn," "higher stress resistance," and "professional knowledge. "The survey shows that the performance of STUST students in all aspects have been affirmed by many companies.
