Professor Jia-bin Gao from the Department of Early Childhood Care, STUST, said that the Department of Early Childhood Care has been implementing the employment program of the Ministry of Labor for more than 12 years. The accumulation of more practical experience allows the school's curriculum to be in line with enterprises, improving the two major systems of practical teaching and enterprise recruitment. Teacher Ze-wei Hsu, who is in charge of filming and post-production, said that during the filming process of "My Job is to Hug," he discovered that in addition to responding to the needs of young children, childcare center caregivers also have many established care processes to complete. They are busy almost all the time, observing the work style of the childcare workers from the perspective of a front-line bystander. Through interviews with relevant personnel, the audience can better understand this special profession of hugging children every day.
