The competition has been passed down for 18 years to help students connect to university professional studies: The College of Business Administration, STUST, held a national high school business planning competition to foster students' innovative thinking and decision-making ability, with 144 teams competing fiercely to show their innovation

The 2025 National High School Business Plan and Feature Production Competition, hosted by the College of Business Administration, STUST, was grandly held at the Niantzi International Conference Hall of STUST on April 9, attracting 144 teams from across the country to participate. The competition was fierce and exciting. 45 teams were given the opportunity to present their results on site, and another 31 teams presented their results in the form of posters, demonstrating national influence and high participation.

This competition emphasized the writing and implementation of business plans, allowing students to simulate business operations scenarios, conduct strategic planning for new businesses or specific management issues, and enhance their problem-solving abilities. In the process of report writing and oral presentation, students strengthened their logical thinking and stimulated teamwork and creative thinking, while teachers were given the opportunities to exchange teaching.

In her speech, Su-juan Mo, Chair of Liansheng Air Conditioning Company, who served as a judge, said that it was amazing the students showed great enthusiasm and professionalism. She particularly mentioned that most teams successfully combined carbon reduction and environmental protection with corporate social responsibility in their proposals, demonstrating their innovation and practicality.

The competition consisted of four groups, with the winning teams in each group as follows:


•Marketing Planning/Creative Entrepreneurship Group: Nantou Commercial High School’s “Green Business” won the Special Award, demonstrating tremendous market insight. Wenhua High School’s “Focus Brew”, Chia-Chi High School’s “Sisters Poisoned by Pa-Pu”, and Zhongli Commercial High School’s “Miao Miao Sheltering Team” won the Excellence Award.


•General topic group: Kaohsiung High School of Commerce’s “AKA Class Leader Team” won the Special Award. Fengshan Commercial and Industrial School’s “Shoe Bar Youth”, Tainan Maritime School’s “K-P-O-P”, and Tainan High School of Commerce’s “URA” won the Excellence Award.


• English Product Explanation Group: “Ouroboros” from Deguang Senior High School won the Special Award for its fluent English and product analysis. Teams including “Rainshield”, “Twin Towers” and “Cyclone Force” won the Excellence Award.

De-guang Chou, Vice President of STUST, said that this competition not only provided high school students with the opportunity to connect with university majors in advance, but also promoted industry-university dialogue and educational integration between science and technology universities and high schools, which would help create a more complete model for cultivating innovative talents. Through this competition, students were able to challenge real business operation scenarios, improve their business decision-making and entrepreneurial abilities, and lay a solid foundation for their future career development. With the successful conclusion of the competition, the College of Business and Management of STUST continued to promote cross-stage educational cooperation to allow more outstanding students to shine in the field of business innovation.
