2017/7/28 The Glory of Taiwan: You-Chen Lin of the Department of Creative Product Design, Southern Taiwan University of Science and Technology, elected Mr. Asia in “Miss Mister Deaf World and Europe and Asia 2017.” You-Chen Lin, a graduating student of the Department of Creative Product Design, Southern Taiwan University of Science and Technology, recently took part in “Miss Mister Deaf World and Europe and Asia 2017” held in the Czech Republic. He emerged from 20 contestants of several different countries and elected Mr. Asia for his confident smile and professional catwalk, making the whole world see Taiwan. 2017/7/19 Southern Taiwan University of Science and Technology participated in the 2017 College Games: athletes deserved praises and appreciation for their spirit of fighting. The athletics team of Southern Taiwan University of Science and Technology participated in the 2017 College Games organized by the Taiwan University. It was very valuable to win the outstanding achievements. Led by the head of Physical Education Center--Prof. Ming-Hu Guo, the team won the 4th place in 4 different contests: men’s 400 meters relay, men’s 400 meters hurdles, women’s hammer, and women’s 400 meters hurdles. 2017/7/18 Southern Taiwan University of Science and Technology won nine prizes—including the gold and silver medals—in the 2017 National Exhibition Education Forum and the International Commodity Interpretation Simulation Competition. The International Business Department of Southern Taiwan University of Science and Technology participated in the 2017 National Conference and Education Forum and the International Commodity Interpretation Simulation Competition, which was recently organized by Shih Chien University. Southern Taiwan University of Science and Technology had 5 teams directed by Prof. 2017/7/17 Southern Taiwan University of Science and Technology and the SME Incubator Jointly held the opening ceremony for Singapore-based entrepreneurial accelerator AIRmaker in Taiwan. Southern Taiwan University of Science and Technology (STUST) and the well-known Singapore-based IoT-focused accelerator AIRmaker held an opening ceremony on July 17. General Manager Gui-Cheng Li hosted the opening ceremony for AIRmaker in Taiwan, beginning its cooperation with the STUST Incubator and the SME Incubator of Small and Medium Enterprise Administration, the Ministry of Economic Affair. The future will see... 2017/7/14 In the name of Taiwan, Zeelandia Team of Southern Taiwan University of Science and Technology won the championship in the 2017 Global Brand Planning Competition.
