公告內容	本校是全國學術電子資訊資源共享聯盟(CONCERT)會員，該聯盟於2025年新引進The New YorkTimes《紐約時報》全國學術版資料庫，本校師生只要以學校E-Mail註冊申請個人免費帳號後，即可不受地域限制隨時連線掌握最新時事、專業新聞評論、藝文、生活等相關資訊。該資料庫平台尚提供多種付費App，讓訂購者可以擴展更多元的資訊。首年，原廠開放定額App提供CONCERT會員單位之師生得以申請免費使用一年。一、申請對象: (一)已完成該資料庫註冊。 (二)且有使用App意願的師生。 (三)請填妥附檔申請表，E-Mail至lib@stust.edu.tw 。二、申請期限:即日起至2025/5/20(二)止。三、說明: (一)App有Cooking及Game兩種，每人僅能擇一申請。 (二)本校配額數量︰170個 (三)預計核發時間︰7月上旬，請留意收信。 (四)啟用方式︰申請者於收到核發通知後，點選專屬URL啟動使用權，請參閱APP啟動說明。四、備註: TheNew York Times註冊方式與檢索網址: (一)首先登入The New YorkTimes《紐約時報》註冊，註冊網址：https://nytimes.com/passes (二)以學校 E-Mail註冊(@stust.edu.tw或@office.stust.edu.tw)後，自行設定密碼，進行申請個人免費帳號。 (三)完成申請後，即可前往 https://www.nytimes.com/international/ 使用。 Our school is a member of the National Academic Electronic Information Resource Sharing Consortium (CONCERT). In 2025, the consortium introduced the national academic edition database of The New York Times. As long as our teachers and students register for a personal free account with the school's e-mail, they can connect at any time to get the latest current affairs, professional news reviews, arts, life and other related information without geographical restrictions. The database platform also provides a variety of paid apps, allowing subscribers to expand more diverse information. In the first year, the original manufacturer opened a quota App to provide teachers and students of CONCERT member units with free use for one year. 1. Applicants: (1) The registration of the database has been completed. (2) Teachers and students who are willing to use the App. (III) Please complete the attached application form and send it by e-mail to lib@stust.edu.tw. 2. Application period: From now until May 20, 2025 (Tuesday). 3. Description: (1) There are two types of apps: Cooking and Game. Each person can only apply for one. (ii) Number of quotas for our school: 170 (III) Estimated issuance time: early July, please pay attention to receive the email. (IV) Activation method: After receiving the issuance notification, the applicant clicks on the dedicated URL to activate the usage rights. Please refer to the APP activation instructions. IV. Note: TheNew York Times registration method and search URL: (1) First, log in to The New York Times and register. The registration website is: https://nytimes.com/passes (2) Register with the school's email address (@stust.edu.tw or @office.stust.edu.tw), set your own password, and apply for a free personal account. (3) After completing the application, you can go to https://www.nytimes.com/international/ to use it.
