公告內容	臺灣點一盞燈社會關懷協會辦理【突破困境心理學〜你值得更好的人生】公益自我成長線上課程，歡迎有興趣者踴躍報名參加。一、本課程運用八大學派：人格心理學、阿德勒心理學、行為學派、認知學派、認知行為療法、完形治療、薩提爾模式、正向心理學，為學員的困境尋找解方。二、課程內容包括：談自我覺察：認識人格心理學、談原生家庭：家庭如何塑造人、談自我價值：從自卑到自尊、談情緒：如何不壓抑，不失控、談焦慮：鬆綁你的完美主義、談憂鬱：認識憂鬱，療癒憂鬱、談溝通：如何表達、傾聽、同理、談隱性孤單：說不出口的寂寞感、談人際關係：如何與人建立深度連結、談伴侶關係：愛是如何消失的？、談親子關係：認識毒性教養與黑色教育、如何真實做自己：薩提爾的表裡一致真誠模式、談創傷：疼惜我們的內在小孩、從低谷突破：運用正向心理學與正念心理學。詳細內容請參見附件。三、課程時間：2025年10月12日開始每週日下午 2:30~5:00共14堂課程，請預留16週時間，以防講師臨時有事請假。四、團體帶領人楊依靜講師簡介：1. 夏威夷大學心理研究所，加州 Esalan 身心靈整合學院，曾接受完形心理治療、家族治療、父母效能訓練、敘事治療、心理劇等專業訓練。2. 創辦身心靈桃花源成長中心、臺灣點一盞燈社會關懷協會、阿含生命傳記劇場。3. 長期於各企業、學校、家扶中心、單親中心帶領成長團體，共計二十五年。五、上課方式：Zoom線上授課，請確定可以使用再報名。六、課程費用：免費，但需繳交保證金2500元，全勤者可全額退費。全勤認定標準為每次上課於下午 2:30~5:00 之間出席滿150分鐘。七、報名對象：一般社會大眾。八、線上報名：https://forms.gle/hDZwNRBc71rodaki9 參加動機寫得越詳細，錄取機會越高，報名後需等回覆錄取並繳完保證金，才算完成報名手續。九、錄取人數：限60位十、聯絡電話：0926-322-943。十一、聯絡信箱：lightup9595@gmail.com The Taiwan Light a Lantern Social Care Association is offering a public welfare online self-development course, "Psychology for Breaking Through Difficulties ~ You Deserve a Better Life." Interested individuals are welcome to register. 1. This course draws on eight major schools of thought: personality psychology, Adlerian psychology, behavioral psychology, cognitive psychology, cognitive behavioral therapy, Gestalt therapy, the Satir model, and positive psychology, to find solutions to participants' challenges. 2. Course content includes: Self-awareness: Understanding personality psychology; Family of origin: How families shape individuals; Self-worth: From inferiority to self-esteem; Emotions: How to avoid repression and control; Anxiety: Unlocking perfectionism; Depression: Understanding and healing depression; Communication: How to express, listen, and empathize; Hidden loneliness: The unspoken feeling of loneliness; Interpersonal relationships: How to build deep connections; Partnerships: How love disappears. Talking about Parent-Child Relationships: Understanding Toxic Parenting and Black Parenting; How to Be Authentically Yourself: Satir's Model of Inner and Outer Consistency; Talking about Trauma: Cherish Our Inner Child; Breaking Through Lows: Applying Positive Psychology and Mindfulness. Please see the attachment for details. 3. Course Dates: Starting October 12, 2025, every Sunday from 2:30 PM to 5:00 PM, 14 sessions in total. Please allow 16 weeks for the instructor to take unforeseen leave. 4. Group Leader: Yang Yijing. Instructor Profile: 1. Graduated from the University of Hawaii's Graduate School of Psychology and the Esalan School of Mind-Body Integration in California. Has received professional training in Gestalt Psychotherapy, Family Therapy, Parent Effectiveness Training, Narrative Therapy, and Psychodrama. 2. Founded the Mind-Body-Spirit Peach Blossom Spring Growth Center, the Taiwan Light a Lamp Social Care Association, and the Agama Life Biography Theater. 3. Has led growth groups for 25 years in various businesses, schools, family support centers, and single-parent centers. 5. Class Method: Online classes via Zoom. Please ensure access before registering. 6. Course Fee: Free, but a deposit of NT$2,500 is required. Full attendance is refundable.
