公告內容	😱非洲豬瘟來襲😱 食藥署指出，非洲豬瘟不是人畜共通傳染病，不會感染人類。依據世界動物衛生組織（WOAH）資料，非洲豬瘟病毒不耐高溫，加熱56℃70分鐘、60℃20分鐘後不活化，或加熱70℃立即不活化。若業者刻意使用病、斃死豬肉，該等肉品本質上即屬變質物品，不得供為食品原料使用，如以該等物品做為食品原料，處新台幣6萬元以上、2億元以下罰鍰。資料來源：衛福部食藥署 😱African Swine Fever Is Coming😱 The FDA stated that African swine fever is not a zoonosis and cannot infect humans. According to the World Organization for Animal Health (WOAH), the African swine fever virus is not heat-resistant and is inactivated after heating to 56°C for 70 minutes, 60°C for 20 minutes, or immediately at 70°C. If businesses intentionally use sick or dead pork, such meat is inherently spoiled and cannot be used as a food ingredient.
