公告主題	114學年度第1學期選課系統課程停修申請公告 Application for Course Withdrawal Announcement
公告內容	1、停修申請日期時間：第11週(11/17) 9:00起~第12週(11/28) 23:00止。 2、停修申請一律上網：網路選課系統--「我的選課」下拉「申請停修」申請。 3、停修後，剩餘課程之總學分數不得少於2學分。 4、扣除停修課程之學分後，日間部大學部及五專部學生當學期實際修課總學分數未達9學分者，學期平均成績不列入班排名計算。 5、停修課程之學期成績將註記停修狀態。 6、停修課程已繳之學雜費、學分費、電腦實習費或語言實習費均不予退費。 7、停修課程於第13週起生效，故第11~12週仍須上課，並列入學生之缺曠紀錄中。 8、停修申請日期時間截止後，不受理任何異動。 1. Application period：9:00, November 17th ~ 23:00, November 28h. (11th to 12th week in STUST Calendar) 2. Log on STUST Course Selection System, click on “My Selected Courses” and choose “Apply for course withdrawal”. 3. Applicant must have at least 2 course credits left after the course withdrawal. 4. No class ranking will be given in the present semester’s transcript for an undergraduate student whose remaining course credits is less than 9 credits after course withdrawal. 5. Courses withdrawn will still appear on the transcript and will be denoted with the capital letter “R”. 6. No refund of any kind can be claimed for withdrawn courses. 7. Records of absence for the 1st to 12th week will be kept; those made in or after the 13th week will be ignored due to an approved course withdrawal. 8. No course withdrawal will be accepted beyond the aforementioned period. 9. For more information about course withdrawal, please contact your department office.
