公告內容	颱風假114年11/12(三)這天已申請請假單據，請主動來申請註銷11/21(五)截止. 1.學生註銷請假單請告知請假單編號(假單查詢內有編號單)及學號。 2.颱風假114年11/12(三)這天已有申請假單的學生，請主動來生輔組L102註銷假單。(或來電單位分機2203申請註銷)。11/21(五)截止. 3.請學生主動至學生請假系統查看假單查詢、缺課、獎懲此三項目。有疑問及更正請於每學期第17週前更正完成。未於規定期間內完成，逾期自行負責。 Students who had already submitted a leave application for Typhoon Day on November 12, 2025 (Wednesday) must take the initiative to cancel their leave application by Friday, November 21, 2025. For students canceling their leave, please provide your leave application number (found in the “Leave Application Inquiry” section) and student ID number. Students who submitted a leave application for Typhoon Day on November 12, 2025 (Wednesday) must personally visit the Student Affairs Office (Room L102) to cancel their leave. (Alternatively, you may call extension 2203 to request cancellation.) Deadline: Friday, November 21, 2025. Students are advised to log in to the Student Leave System to check the following three sections: Leave Applications Absences Rewards & Penalties If you have any questions or corrections, please complete them by Week 17 of the semester. Failure to make corrections within the specified period will be the student’s own responsibility.
