公告內容	依數位發展部115年1月26日數位政府決字第1154000123號函辦理。說明：一、HiCOS 卡片管理工具係各應用系統使用自然人憑證、工商憑證及政府機關憑證等 IC 卡進行簽章與加解密驗證之必要元件。二、為優化憑證使用體驗並提升系統運作安全，請至政府憑證入口網（https://gov.tw/8WF），依照網頁說明下載並安裝最新版HiCOS卡片管理工具。三、如有相關問題，請洽數位發展部客戶服務中心，電話02-2192-7111，電子郵件：egov@service.gov.tw。 This was handled in accordance with the Ministry of Digital Development's Digital Government Decision No. 1154000123 dated January 26, 2026. Notes: 1. The HiCOS card management tool is an essential component for various application systems to perform signature and encryption/decryption verification using IC cards such as citizen ID cards, business ID cards, and government agency ID cards. 2. To optimize the user experience and enhance system security, please visit the Government ID Portal (https://gov.tw/8WF) and download and install the latest version of the HiCOS card management tool according to the instructions on the webpage. 3.
