公告內容	為健全及落實本校健康管理與促進工作，並更進一步了解和照顧學生之健康，依據「學校衛生法」以及教育部「學生健康檢查實施辦法」規定，所有新生入學時需做健康檢查，使能早期發現體格上之缺點並作進一步的治療，以維護及促進校園之健康。注意事項：一、日期：115年3月13日(星期五) 9:00~11:00。(任一您有空的時間都可以進行受檢) 二、體檢地點：三連堂。三、體檢費用：共770元。(當日繳交並領取體檢卡) 四、當日需進行抽血檢查，請先禁食6-8小時，以利檢查。五、請準備大頭照(1吋或2吋皆可)。六、該時段有胸部X光照檢，三連堂前請勿停車，造成您的不便，敬請見諒。七、如有問題請洽分機2231找張護理師。 In order to improve and implement the school's health management and promotion work, and to further understand and care for the health of students, according to the "School Health Law" and the "Regulations for the Implementation of Students' Health Checkups" of the Ministry of Education, all new students are required to do a health check when they enter school.
