公告內容	【電子煙與加熱菸外觀辨識方式及說明】依據菸害防制法第15條規定，全面禁止電子煙等類菸品，並嚴格管制符合菸品定義之新型態菸草產品（包含加熱菸），為協助各級機關執行菸害防制業務，特製作旨揭簡報，內容包含電子煙與加熱菸之法令規定、產品簡介、外觀辨識及差異比較等，供給教職員工生參考。【Identification and Description of E-cigarettes and Heated Tobacco Products】 According to Article 15 of the Tobacco Hazards Prevention Act, e-cigarettes and other tobacco-like products are completely prohibited, while emerging tobacco products that meet the legal definition of tobacco products (including heated tobacco products) are subject to strict regulation. To assist government agencies at all levels in implementing tobacco hazard prevention measures, this presentation has been prepared. The content includes legal regulations regarding e-cigarettes and heated tobacco products, product introductions, appearance identification methods, and comparisons of their differences, for the reference of faculty, staff, and students.
