公告內容	說明：　一、依教育部115年7月3日臺教高(一)字第1150067806號函辦理。　二、為維護影視創作者權益，並協助師生建立尊重智慧財產權及使用正版內容之觀念，教師於課堂教學如有使用影視作品需求，應採用合法授權資源，並避免使用盜版、側錄、未授權上傳或來源不明之內容，以防衍生著作權侵害情事。 1. This procedure is in accordance with the Ministry of Education's letter dated July 3, 2026, No. 1150067806 (臺教高(一)字第1150067806號函). 2. To protect the rights of film and television creators and to assist teachers and students in establishing a concept of respecting intellectual property rights and using legitimate content, teachers should use legally authorized resources when using film and television works in classroom teaching, and avoid using pirated, secretly recorded, unauthorized uploaded, or content from unknown sources to prevent derivative copyright infringement.
