公告內容	受低壓帶及西南風持續性影響，臺南巿各地均出現強大雨勢，具致災風險。為保護民眾生命及財產安全，並完善各項災防應變作業，臺南市明（8/23）日停止上班、停止上課。 Due to the continued influence of a low-pressure system and prevailing southwesterly winds, heavy rainfall has occurred across Tainan City, posing a potential risk of disasters. To protect the lives and property of the public and to ensure the effective implementation of disaster prevention and emergency response measures, Tainan City Government has announced that all offices and schools in Tainan City will be closed tomorrow (August 23), with work and classes suspended.
