The accreditation was officially revoked by the Ministry through its announcement dated September 22, 2026 (Ref. No. Wei-Shou-Shi-1150017901).
公告內容	依衛生福利部115年9月22日衛授食字第1150017901B號函及教育部115年9月24日臺教學(五)字第1150097925號函辦理。 This notice is issued in accordance with the letter from the Ministry of Health and Welfare dated September 22, 2026 (Ref. No. Wei-Shou-Shi-1150017901B) and the letter from the Ministry of Education dated September 24, 2026 (Ref. No. Tai-Jiao-Xue (5) 1150097925).
