公告內容	學期末快到囉~動動手填問卷抽好康，以了解本學期之學生吸菸率與吸菸行為調查，落實無菸校園政策。一、對象：本校同學二、時間：公告日起至12月27日止。三、問卷網址：https://forms.gle/Nh8JUcTcE6AFx5f88 四、抽獎：（一）方式：採網路方式抽獎（每位參加者以得獎一次為限）。（二）得獎名單：12月30日於學校首頁最新消息公布得獎名單。（三）獎品領取時間、地點及方式： 1.時間：抽獎名單公布後限期領取，逾期未領取者，視同放棄。 2.地點：衛生保健組(F210) 3.方式：得獎者應攜帶學生證親自領取。五、活動獎項：雙層手提袋5名（或等值禮品）。 Tobacco Control "Complete the Survey, Win Rewards" Campaign Kicks Off! Draw game: (1) Method: Winners will be selected via an online draw (each participant is limited to one prize). (2) Winner Announcement: The list of winners will be published in the "Latest News" section on December 30. (3) Prize Collection: a. Time: Winners must claim their prizes within the specified period after the announcement. Late claims will be considered forfeited. b. Location: Health and Wellness Office (F210). c.
