公告內容	活動名稱：紅十字會基本救命術(BLS)訓練班活動日期：114年10月18日(六)與11月1日(六) (擇一日報名參加即可) 上課時間：8：00~16：30 參加對象：全校師生共80名報名網址：https://forms.gle/mf2foUGC2HoUNELh9 繳費地點：保健中心(F210) 報名費用：500元（講師費 + 證書費）上課地點：N棟005 說明： 1. 請先上google表單完成報名手續，再至保健中心(F210)繳費，完成繳費才算報名成功。 2. 通過測驗可獲得「紅十字會基本救命術證書」。 3. 如證書名稱需要「CPR+AED」者，請多繳100元(共600元)，通過測驗，可得「紅十字會基本救命術」與「CPR+AED」，共2張證書。 4. 繳費時，請自備整數，恕不找零。 5. 上課時請穿著輕便服裝，女生勿著裙子及低胸衣物。 6. 附中餐，素食者請事先告知。 7. 有任何問題請洽分機2231找張護理師。 Event Name: Red Cross Basic Lifesaving Skills (BLS) Training Course Date: October 18 (Saturday) and November 1 (Saturday), 2015 (Register on either date) Class Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Participants: 80 faculty and students Registration Website: https://forms.gle/mf2foUGC2HoUNELh9 Payment Location: Health Center (F210) Registration Fee: NT$500 (Instructor Fee + Certificate Fee) Class Location: Building N, Room 005 Instructions: 1. Please complete the registration process on Google Forms and then pay the fee at the Health Center (F210). Registration is considered complete. 2. Pass the test to receive a Red Cross Basic Lifesaving Skills Certificate. 3. If the certificate title requires "CPR+AED," please pay an additional $100 (total $600). Upon passing the exam, you will receive two certificates, one in "Red Cross Basic Lifesaving Skills" and one in "CPR+AED." 4. Please pay in round numbers; change will not be accepted. 5. Please wear casual clothing during class. Girls are advised not to wear skirts or low-cut clothing. 6. Lunch is provided. Vegetarians please inform us in advance. 7.
