公告內容	親愛的115學年度大一新生與轉學生們：依據「南臺科技大學學生外語能力檢定實施辦法」，本校日間部四技學生必需通過學校認可的外語檢定才能畢業。如果您入學前曾考過外語檢定，並符合本校的認可標準與追溯日期，建議先準備好相關資料，並於開學時繳交。 --- 繳交程序如下： 1.115學年入學生(含轉學生)在入學前已通過的外語檢定成績，有效日期可回溯至2024年8月1日(以考試日期為準)。 2.請將成績單(或證書)正本與影本各一份，在本學年結束前(2027年6月底)，送到S212外語自學中心。影本(請寫上班級/學號/姓名/聯絡電話)由登記單位留存，正本驗後發還。 3.因故無法如期登記者，請事先向外語自學中心Jason報備，可事後補繳。未依時登記亦未事先報備者，日後不再接受回溯，成績視同無效。 4.檢定辦法的詳細說明與各系級通過標準，請點選下方「相關訊息」連結1。 5.不想參加外語檢定考試的其他替代方案，請點選下方「相關訊息」連結2。有其他不清楚的地方，歡迎到自學中心找Jason，謝謝。謹祝身心平安，學習愉快。 ------------------------------------ Dear Freshmen and Transfer Students, According to the "Regulations for Foreign Language Proficiency Requirements of Southern Taiwan University of Science and Technology," daytime 4-year undergraduate students must pass a university-recognized foreign language proficiency test to graduate. If you took a foreign language test prior to admission that meets the university’s standards and retroactive eligibility date, please prepare the relevant documents and submit them at the beginning of the semester. Submission Procedures: 1. Retroactive Eligibility: For students entering in the 2026–2027(ROC 115) Academic Year (including transfer students), foreign language test scores obtained prior to admission are retroactive to August 1, 2024 (based on the test date). 2.Submission Details: Please submit one original copy and one photocopy of your transcript (or certificate) to the Self-Access Foreign Language Learning Center (Room S212) by the end of June 2027. Note: On the photocopy, please write down your Class, Student ID, Name, and Contact Number. The photocopy will be kept for registration, and the original copy will be returned after verification. 3.Late Registration Policy: If you are unable to submit your documents on time, please notify Jason at S212 in advance to arrange a late submission. If you fail to register on time and do not notify us in advance, retroactive applications will not be accepted, and your test scores will be deemed invalid. 4.For detailed regulations and passing standards for each department, please click "Related Information Link 1" below. 5.For alternative options if you do not wish to take a foreign language proficiency test, please click "Related Information Link 2" below.
