公告內容	轉發教育部及農業部動植物防疫檢疫署來函資訊: 近期國人旅遊回國違規攜帶動植物檢疫物案件略增，為免國人不諳相關規定而受罰，請貴司協助向各級學校教職員工與學生進行宣導，以阻絕動植物產品違法輸入，維護我國農業生產安全。一、依農業部動植物防疫檢疫署114年5月20日防檢二字第1141867995F號函辦理。二、該署來函指出，經統計今年以來國人違規攜帶動物檢疫物案件，以自中國大陸、香港、澳門、泰國、日本和越南返國者較多，常見違規輸入動物產品有火腿腸、香腸、臘腸、鳳爪、鴨脖、醬板鴨、鴨腸、牛肉乾和半熟蛋等。慮及端午節將近，旅客違規攜帶肉粽入境案件預期將隨之增加，爰請向所屬教職員工生加強宣導，入境時切勿違規攜帶動植物檢疫物，並請其轉知國外親友，勿郵寄豬肉產品等動物檢疫物到臺灣，以免受罰。 Forward the notification from the Ministry of Education and the Bureau of Animal and Plant Health Inspection and Quarantine, Ministry of Agriculture. We have received a communication from the Bureau of Animal and Plant Health Inspection and Quarantine under the Ministry of Agriculture, stating that there has been an increase in recent cases where travelers returning to Taiwan have violated regulations by bringing in animal and plant quarantine items. We kindly request your institution to reinforce awareness among faculty, staff, and students: Do not bring animal or plant quarantine items into Taiwan upon returning from abroad, in order to avoid penalties. This matter is handled in accordance with the official letter No. 1141867995F dated May 20, 2025, from the Bureau of Animal and Plant Health Inspection and Quarantine, Ministry of Agriculture. According to the letter, statistics show that since the beginning of this year, the majority of violations involving the unauthorized import of animal quarantine items were committed by travelers returning from Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, Thailand, Japan, and Vietnam. Commonly seized prohibited animal products include: ham sausages, sausages, Chinese-style cured sausages, chicken feet, duck necks, marinated duck, duck intestines, beef jerky, and soft-boiled eggs. With the Dragon Boat Festival approaching, it is expected that cases involving the illegal import of zongzi (rice dumplings with meat) will increase. Therefore, we urge you to remind all faculty, staff, and students to strictly refrain from bringing any animal or plant quarantine items into the country. Please also advise them to inform their friends and relatives abroad not to mail pork products or other animal quarantine items to Taiwan, in order to avoid fines.
