公告內容	一、競賽目的：為提升學生之專題實作能力及創作表現，並提供其發表機會；本競賽同時也提供各校護理學生及臨床人員相互交流與觀摩學習的機會。二、報名方式：本活動採「線上報名」方式辦理，報名網址為：https://forms.gle/kUse5FHK6ZZUWRkh7。即日起開放報名，請於115年1月16日(五)前完成線上報名，並上傳「參賽摘要表」(格式如附件一~四)及「所有參賽者簽名之參賽同意書掃描檔」(格式如附件五)。三、115年2月06日(五)前將於該校護理學院網頁公告初審結果、決賽時間。四、簡章請至該校護理學院網頁查詢下載https://nurschool.hk.edu.tw/thematic/ I. Competition Objectives: To enhance students' practical project skills and creative expression, and to provide them with opportunities for presentation; this competition also offers opportunities for nursing students and clinical staff from different schools to exchange ideas and learn from each other. II. Registration Method: This event adopts an online registration method. The registration website is: https://forms.gle/kUse5FHK6ZZUWRkh7. Registration is open now. Please complete the online registration by January 16th (Friday), 2026, and upload the "Competition Abstract Form" (format as shown in Attachments 1-4) and a scanned copy of the "Participation Agreement Form signed by all participants" (format as shown in Attachment 5). III. The preliminary results and the final competition schedule will be announced on the School of Nursing's website by February 6th (Friday), 2026. IV.
