公告內容	In response to Southeast Asian international students returning home for the winter break to visit their families, the Dengue Fever Prevention and Control Center of Tainan city has prepared a "Dengue Fever Prevention Care Package" for Southeast Asian international students to pick up and use before departure. Students in need are welcome to provide the following information to register for the pickup. The registration deadline is December 5, 2024 https://forms.gle/9YYnGwc5kWNExNrz6 ========================================= The STUST OIA, in order to assist the Tainan City Government with the registration and distribution of Dengue Fever "Prevention Care Packages" for Southeast Asian international students returning home during the winter break, will collect your department, class, student ID, nationality, name, entry and departure dates, phone number, and email. You have the right to request access to, supplement, or correct your personal data; request a copy of your data; request the cessation of the collection, processing, or use of your data; or request the deletion of your personal data. For these requests, please contact the STUST OIA. If any required information is not provided, the registration and distribution process cannot be completed.
