公告內容	教育部檢送114學年度「教育部補助大專校院氣候變遷教學活動計畫須知」1份，請老師踴躍申請。 The Ministry of Education hereby provides the "Guidelines for the 2025 Academic Year Subsidy Program for Climate Change Teaching Activities in Universities and Colleges" and encourages faculty members to actively apply. 計畫說明：一、為使大專校院學生有學習氣候變遷相關議題之機會，並執行國家氣候變遷調適政策，將氣候變遷調適方案、公正轉型、人權、原住民族權益、以自然為本的解方（Nature-based Solutions, NbS）、碳盤查、碳管理、碳匯、碳中和、淨零排放、能源轉型及能源教育宣導等議題融入課程內容宣導，鼓勵大專校院提出氣候變遷相關領域或跨領域之課程教學、發展專業融入補充教材或相關教學活動，以提昇學生氣候變遷素養與能力，並培育具備氣候變遷知能之人才。 Description: 1.This project aims to provide university and college students with opportunities to learn about climate change-related issues and to implement the national climate change adaptation policy. It seeks to incorporate topics such as climate change adaptation strategies, just transition, human rights, Indigenous peoples' rights, Nature-based Solutions (NbS), carbon inventory, carbon management, carbon sinks, carbon neutrality, net-zero emissions, energy transition, and energy education promotion into course content and advocacy. The project encourages higher education institutions to propose courses in climate change-related fields or interdisciplinary subjects, to develop professional supplementary teaching materials, or to conduct related educational activities. The goal is to enhance students’ literacy and competencies in climate change and to cultivate talent equipped with knowledge and skills in this area. 二、計畫申請以學年度為單位，補助以學期為單位，相關說明如下： Project applications are based on the academic year, while subsidies are granted on a semester basis. Relevant details are as follows: (一)徵件期程：自公告日起至114年6月16日。 (二)執行期程：以學期為單位，第1學期於115年1月31日、第2學期於115年7月31日前，需提交期末報告書，另於計畫期程結束後2個月內函部辦理結案作業。 (三)補助經費：每項教學活動每學期補助以新臺幣2萬元為限，總金額以新臺幣6萬元為上限。 (1)Call for Submissions Period: From the date of announcement until June 16, 2025. (2)Implementation Period: Organized by semester. A final report must be submitted by January 31, 2026 for the first semester, and by July 31, 2026 for the second semester. Additionally, the project closure procedures must be submitted to the Ministry within two months after the project period ends. (3)Subsidy Funding: Each teaching activity may receive up to NT$20,000 per semester, with a total maximum subsidy of NT$60,000. 三、申請方式：於期限內將計畫書上傳至表單https://reurl.cc/zqQNny，逾時、資料不全或資格不符者，均不予受理。本案相關申請文件請至本部氣候變遷教學資訊平臺/教學活動補助/補助公告(https://climatechange.tw/)下載。 3. Application Method: Submit the project proposal via the form at https://reurl.cc/zqQNny within the specified deadline. Late submissions, incomplete information, or ineligible applications will not be accepted.
