公告內容	一、競賽主題為「雙軸轉型綠色成長」，徵件構面分為以下四個面向： (一) Digital Empowerment│數位賦能 (二) Carbon Tech│淨零轉型 (三) Innovation Economy│創新經濟 (四) Balanced Development│均衡發展二、參賽對象分為「政府機關及其人員」與「非政府機關人員」，前者得以機關或個人名義參賽並提案，後者須提出與活動議題相關之明確提案並組成團隊。三、詳細內容請參閱活動須知及官網，或洽詢活動聯絡人：環境部監測資訊司何佳祥技正，電話：02-23117722#2386，電子郵件： The competition theme is "Dual-Axis Transformation, Green Growth", with four submission categories: (1) Digital Empowerment (2) Carbon Tech (Net-Zero Transition) (3) Innovation Economy (4) Balanced Development Eligible participants are divided into "Government agencies and their personnel" and "Non-government personnel." Government participants may enter and submit proposals either on behalf of their agency or individually, while non-government participants must submit a clear proposal related to the event topics and form a team.
