公告內容	說明：一、為深化素養導向學習，鼓勵從事教育工作人員、各界人士專家投入大學第一年學習經驗之相關研究(First-YearExperience)，協助大一新生在過渡與轉銜過程中有更多自主學習、跨域學習、AI素養的提升，旨揭計畫推動兩項徵件，希冀擴散大一年行動實踐專家之經驗分享與制度反思。二、「大學第一年經驗研究獎」徵件目標為引導大專校院系統性地支持新生在大學第一年的轉銜適應與發展，以實徵研究論文類、實務反思類，提出關鍵第一年的支持制度與觀察實踐，促使能嘉惠新生在入學後所面臨到的挑戰，以期提升新生的適應，並降低新生的休退轉比例。三、「大學第一年經驗研究獎」摘要論文徵件期程自公告日起至114年9月12日下午17時止受理申請。有意申請者，務請詳閱本計畫粉絲專頁公告，網址：https://www.facebook.com/nthu.xplorer。四、計畫由教育部素養導向高教學習創新計畫辦公室（國立清華大學）辦理，聯絡人：黃貞蓁專案經理，聯絡電話：03-5715131，分機34377。 Explanation: 1. To deepen competency-based learning, we encourage educators and experts from all walks of life to conduct research on the first-year university experience (First-Year Experience). This initiative aims to help first-year students engage in more independent learning, cross-disciplinary learning, and enhance AI literacy during their transition and transition. Two submissions are being launched, hoping to promote experience sharing and institutional reflection from experts in first-year action planning. 2. The "First-Year University Experience Research Award" aims to guide colleges and universities in systematically supporting freshmen's transition and development during their first year. Through research papers and practical reflections, these submissions will propose key first-year support systems and observational practices to address the challenges freshmen face upon enrollment, thereby improving their adaptation and reducing the rate of dropouts. 3. The "First-Year University Experience Research Award" abstract submission period is open from the announcement date until 5:00 PM on September 12, 2025.
