公告主題	【轉知】國立政治大學114學年度第1學期開設5門磨課師(MOOCs)課程，課程114年9月1日起免費開放報名 [Announcement] National Chengchi University will offer five MOOCs courses in the first semester of the 2025 academic year. Free registration will be open starting September 1, 2025.
公告內容	說明：一、國立政治大學於政大數位知識城平台（網址：https://moocs.nccu.edu.tw/course/index.php?categoryid=23）114學年度第1學期開設5門磨課師線上課程，114年9月1日起開放線上註冊報名，預計於9月15日當週開課，詳細開課日期依各課程教師安排為準。二、旨揭課程資訊如下： (一)「西洋文學經典」１、授課教師：英文系姜翠芬老師。２、課程介紹：依照時代順序探索西方文化和文學經典，探討議題函括存在之價值、苦難的意義、永恆的關懷、社群認同、權力階級、性別、科技與自然等。 (二)「土耳其，怪？不奇怪！」１、授課教師：土文系熊道天老師。２、課程介紹：介紹土耳其各種文化與社會層面，包含土耳其的特色、與土耳其人相處的小技巧、世界文明中的重要土耳其丶土耳其飲食文化、土耳其的旅遊觀光等等。 (三)「90句越南語精進你的口說能力」１、授課教師：外文中心陳凰鳳老師。２、課程介紹：針對已具備越南語基礎能力的學生開的課程，內容主要提供一些較偏口說方面之特殊語法的句型，特別是帶有語氣助詞的句型。 (四)「成為Python數據分析達人的第一門課」１、授課教師：應數系蔡炎龍老師。２、課程介紹：從 Python 中學習基礎的程式邏輯與概念，強調「貼近自己的程式設計」，引導同學多觀察自己的生活、學習，寫自己覺得有趣的程式。 (五)「History of U.S.-China Relations from theBottom Up」１、授課教師：倪墨杰老師（前歷史系教師）。２、課程介紹：追溯中美關係從18世紀晚期至現代的改變，本課程不僅聚焦在民主和政策的維度，更會深入探討廣大的中國與美國人民如何由下而上的影響中美關係。三、如需任何諮詢服務，請洽國立政治大學教學發展中心蕭先生（電話：02-29393091分機62175；電子信箱：134551@g.nccu.edu.tw）。 Description: 1. National Chengchi University is offering five online courses for course polishers in the first semester of the 2025 academic year on the NCCU Digital Knowledge City platform (URL: https://moocs.nccu.edu.tw/course/index.php?categoryid=23). Online registration will open on September 1, 2025, and classes are expected to begin the week of September 15. Detailed start dates are subject to the individual course instructors' arrangements. 2. Course information is as follows: (1) "Western Literary Classics" 1. Instructor: Professor Jiang Cuifen, Department of English. 2. Course Description: This course explores Western culture and literary classics in chronological order, exploring topics such as the value of existence, the meaning of suffering, eternal concerns, community identity, power hierarchies, gender, technology, and nature. (2) "Turkey, Weird? Not Weird!" 1. Instructor: Professor Xiong Daotian, Department of Turkish Literature. 2. Course Description: This course introduces various aspects of Turkish culture and society, including Turkish characteristics, tips for getting along with Turkish people, the importance of Turkey in world civilization, Turkish food culture, and Turkish tourism. (III) "90 Vietnamese Phrases to Improve Your Speaking Skills" 1. Instructor: Ms. Chen Huangfeng, Foreign Language Center. 2. Course Description: This course is designed for students who already have basic Vietnamese proficiency. The content focuses on sentence patterns with specialized grammar related to speaking, particularly those with modal particles. (IV) "Becoming a Python Data Analysis Expert: Your First Course" 1. Instructor: Mr. Cai Yanlong, Department of Applied Mathematics. 2. Course Description: This course teaches basic programming logic and concepts using Python, emphasizing "programming that is close to your own life," encouraging students to observe their own lives and studies and write programs that they find interesting. (V) "History of U.S.-China Relations from the Bottom Up" 1. Instructor: Mr. Ni Mojie (former history department faculty member). 2. Course Description: Tracing the evolution of Sino-US relations from the late 18th century to the modern era, this course not only focuses on the dimensions of democracy and policy, but also delves into how the Chinese and American people influence Sino-US relations from the bottom up. 3.
