公告內容	說明：一、「2025 ELOE數位學習國際研討會暨開放教育論壇」將於114年12月16日至12月17日舉行，旨在數位學習的創新、應用與挑戰。二、論文投稿即日起至114年10月5日截止，投稿系統請逕至：https://reurl.cc/RkR9ox 三、研討會主題涵蓋組織推動、學習設計、創新教學策略與應用、學習分析、數位學習評估、MOOCs應用個案研究、數位學習智慧財產權、資訊科技融入教學、國際推動策略等。四、聯絡方式： (一)國立宜蘭大學計畫專任助理邱鈺鈞先生。 (二)信箱：twmooc2nd@gmail.com。 Description: 1. The "2025 ELOE International Symposium on Digital Learning and Open Education Forum" will be held from December 16 to 17, 2025, focusing on the innovations, applications, and challenges of digital learning. 2.
