公告主題	【競賽資訊】數位發展部資通安全署辦理「114年度資安技能金盾獎競賽」，報名日期至10月3日止 [Competition Information] The Ministry of Digital Affairs, Administration for Cyber Security, is organizing the “2025 Cybersecurity Skills Golden Shield Award Competition.” Registration is open until October 3, 2025.
公告內容	一、活動目的：加強學生資安實務技能，培育成在資安領域中獨立思考和行動的專業人才，拓展學生在資安領域的能力。以實務與時事題型，運用理論及知識基礎，在模擬真實情境中學習，應對當前資安領域的挑戰和問題，了解資安的發展與趨勢，進而提升學子解決問題能力和實戰經驗。二、報名資格： (一) 大專校院組：參賽者為大專校院在學學生，限為同校學生，可跨年級或科系組隊。每校限報名10隊，超過隊數以完成報名程序之順序為準，主辦單位有權依報名狀況調整參賽隊數。 (二) 國高中組：參賽者為國高中(職)在學學生，隊員可跨校、年級、科系組隊，每校不限報名隊數。三、報名方式：自114年9月15日(一)9:00起至10月3日(五)17:00止，採網路報名，請於報名截止日前至活動網站完成上傳報名表件。四、聯繫方式： (一) 活動報名及競賽相關問題，請逕洽活動小組謝先生或曾小姐，電話：(02)2528-8278轉23、24。 (二)如有資安競賽其他建議，請洽國家資通安全研究院許小姐(02)6631-3524或本部資通安全署黃小姐(02)2380-8。 1. Purpose: The competition aims to strengthen students’ practical cybersecurity skills, cultivate professionals capable of independent thinking and action in the field, and broaden students’ capabilities in cybersecurity. By integrating practical and current-affairs-based challenges, participants will apply theoretical foundations and knowledge in simulated real-world scenarios, addressing contemporary cybersecurity issues, understanding industry trends, and enhancing both problem-solving skills and hands-on experience. 2. Eligibility: (1) University/College Division: Participants must be currently enrolled university or college students from the same institution. Teams may be formed across different grades or departments. Each institution may register up to 10 teams. If the number of registrations exceeds the limit, acceptance will be based on the order of completed submissions. The organizer reserves the right to adjust the number of teams based on registration status. (2) High School Division: Participants must be currently enrolled senior high school or vocational high school students. Teams may be formed across schools, grades, or departments. There is no limit to the number of teams registered by each school. 3. Registration Method: Online registration is available from September 15, 2025 (Mon.) 9:00 AM to October 3, 2025 (Fri.) 5:00 PM. Please complete the online registration and upload all required documents on the official event website before the deadline.
