公告內容	說明：一、旨揭課程將介紹「魚菜共生」此一可持續的創新農業模式。課程核心在於教導學員如何利用魚、蔬菜、微生物三者間的互利共生關係。內容不僅涵蓋系統建置與維護的基礎知識，更整合了現代農業科技，如溫室設施管理、精準環境控制以及自動化設備應用。目標是培養學員建立兼具經濟效益與環境永續性的高效糧食生產系統，以應對未來的農業挑戰。二、本課程修課免費且可採認環境教育時數，敬請至「教育部磨課師平台」搜尋「農產品百變處理與加工」可立即註冊修課，平台網址：https://moocs.moe.edu.tw/。三、開課期間：自即日起至114年10月15日止。四、本次課程為「大學聯盟深化數位學習推展與創新應用計畫-醫農藝工聯盟」所規劃之「華麗變身：農畜產品的生產與加工」系列課程。 Description: 1. This course introduces aquaponics, an innovative sustainable agricultural model. The core focus is on teaching students how to leverage the mutually beneficial symbiotic relationship between fish, vegetables, and microorganisms. The course covers not only the fundamentals of system setup and maintenance, but also integrates modern agricultural technologies, such as greenhouse facility management, precision environmental control, and the use of automated equipment. The goal is to train students to build efficient, economically viable and environmentally sustainable food production systems to meet future agricultural challenges. 2. This course is free and counts towards environmental education hours. Please visit the Ministry of Education's Course Editor Platform and search for "Agricultural Product Processing" to register immediately. The platform address is: https://moocs.moe.edu.tw/ 3. Course Period: From now until October 15, 2025. 4.
