公告內容	一、潘文淵基金會辦理2026年「考察研究獎助金」，為獎勵國內電子、資訊及通訊等相關領域之研究人員，在國際知名之學術或研究機構從事短期研究(以二個月為限)，每名獎助新台幣30萬元為上限，每年辦理一次，以四名為上限。二、申請期間：即日起至2026年2月15日截止，獲得國內大學院校博士學位畢業五年內，或年齡40足歲以下(民國75年l月l日以後出生者)具國內大學院校博士學位，目前任職國內之研究人員或教師提出申請。三、得獎人之考察或研究計畫以自行安排為原則，須於得獎當年年底 ( 12月31日 ) 前完成，詳細申請辦法及推薦申請表格如附檔。 1. The Pan Wen Yuan Foundation is now accepting applications for the 2026 Research and Study Grant Program. This program aims to encourage domestic researchers in the fields of electronics, information technology, and communications to engage in short-term research (limited to two months) at internationally renowned academic or research institutions. Each recipient may receive a grant of up to NT$300,000. The program is conducted once per year, with a maximum of four awardees selected annually. 2. Application period: From now until February 15, 2026. Eligible applicants must have obtained a doctoral degree from a domestic university within the past five years, or be under 40 years of age (born on or after January 1, 1986), and currently serve as a researcher or faculty member at a domestic academic or research institution. 3. Recipients are expected to arrange their research or study programs independently and must complete them by December 31 of the award year. Detailed application guidelines and the recommendation/application forms are provided in the attachment.
