公告內容	黑快馬股份有限公司訂於114年10月29日至31日辦理『智慧校園升級：AI精準應答系統與資安整合服務』研討會，歡迎各位教職同仁報名參加~ 說明：一、隨著AI技術及應用快速普及，校園服務正邁向智慧化轉型階段，此次研討會將以「AI精準應答系統與資安整合服務」為主題，旨在探討AI人工智慧技術如何優化校園網站服務流程。從課程諮詢、行政流程、系統操作到對外訪客資訊查詢，大大提升行政效率與師生互動品質，並深入剖析在各校AI客服系統導入過程中，如何確保學生個資與校園系統的安全。此次研討會將透過實務案例、產品技術與資安策略分享，引領各校深入了解網頁AI客服系統的可能性與導入關鍵。二、研討會時間：114年10月29日至31日三、研討會地點：　　(一) 臺北場－集思臺大會議中心　　(二) 臺中場－福華大飯店　　(三) 高雄場－漢來大飯店四、此次研討會參加對象為各大專校院資訊領域與教學推廣之相關人員。五、報名方式：請至https://edu.heimavista.com/s/ 研討會網址線上報名，即日起至114年10月24日止。 HEIMAVISTA Inc. will hold the “Smart Campus Upgrade – AI-Powered Response Systems and Integrated Cybersecurity Services” symposium from October 29 to 31, 2025. Details: 1.With the rapid development and widespread adoption of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies, campus services are undergoing a transformation toward greater intelligence and efficiency. This symposium, themed “AI-Powered Response Systems and Integrated Cybersecurity Services,” aims to explore how AI technologies can optimize campus website service processes — from course consultation, administrative workflows, and system operations to visitor information inquiries — to significantly enhance administrative efficiency and interaction quality between faculty and students. The symposium will also examine how schools can ensure student data protection and system security while implementing AI-based customer service systems.
